The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.
All transactions with payment cards take place in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transferring information, special security technologies for online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure server of the processing company.
During the transaction, you will be additionally redirected to the page of the Issuing Bank to enter a confirmation security code (if the bank that issued your card supports 3DSecure technology, and your card also supports this program).
3D Secure is an additional cardholder authentication procedure designed to ensure guaranteed security of bank card payments on the Internet.
Payment and return procedure
Payment for services at the Hotel is carried out in the national currency – the Kyrgyz som.
Payment for services at the Hotel is made according to the Price List valid on the date of booking confirmation or the date of provision of additional services:
Payment for accommodation at the Hotel is charged in accordance with a single checkout time – from 14:00 of the current day local time. A hotel day is considered to be accommodation from 14:00 of the current day, local time, to 12:00 of the next day, local time.
Upon the expiration of the paid period of stay, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room no later than 12:00 or extend the period of stay in the room. In case of untimely release of the room by the Guest, the Hotel administration has the right to evict the Guest.
To make a refund of funds paid in cash or by credit card, you must contact the Reservation Department (Registration) and fill out an Application for a refund.
If the Guest has shortened his stay at the Hotel, a refund is made for the paid, but unused days with deduction of the cost of the day of accommodation.
According to the rules of the Hotel, the refund is made in the same form in which the payment for the services of the Hotel was made.
If a guaranteed reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the cost of one night’s stay will be withheld.
To return the funds paid by the Guest using Internet acquiring or bank transfer to the current account, the Guest must fill out the Application (Application form), attach a scan of the cardholder’s identity and send it to the Hotel using the same mail that was used when booking and payment.
In this case, the refund will be made by transferring the paid amount minus banking services for the transfer. Refunds are possible if the booking is canceled or reduced, no later than 3 days before the date of arrival.

He lived in this hotel for 3 days in August 2018 in room 211. The most positive impressions. Himself rather picky traveler, but nothing to complain about. I think it makes no sense to list the amenities: the room has everything you might need on a trip. Clean, nice, not pretentious.
The staff make this property a great place to stay.. So helpful and friendly. The complimentary airport shuttle is a bonus too.. Hotel bit out of downtown area but easy walk. Wi Fi works great in rooms.. No complaints here.

I really enjoyed my three day stay in this nice hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, large beds, excellent linen and pillows (which I really appreciate), minibar. What really surprised me was the boxing with breakfast, which I was given when I left the hotel early, was very nice.
